We listen before we advise. We review your insurance policy, examine the damages, and organize the claim documentation so that your claim can be understood and evaluated on its merits.
When an estimate leaves out necessary repairs, we explain why that work belongs in the work-scope. When a proposed repair does not fit the existing construction, we present the appropriate argumates. When a claim stalls, we identify the disagreement and discuss a path forward.
Our role is to advocate for the policyholder, and pursue the benefits supported by the loss and the policy. The best time to involve a PA is day ONE!; the second-best time is the first "NO".
Our "Stop at the First 'NO'" approach means recognizing when the claim needs professional representation and bringing the right help in before the dispute grows.
